A never-ending comic book project, which in its original version entailed a volume of forty drawings consisting of comics based on overheard conversations and snatches of speech. The project began to emerge as a therapeutic tool at a time when the author worked in a stationery store and encountered various requests, but also unexpectedly conflicting types of customers. The theme gradually changed, and with it came a purer form of drawing. The original recording of funny and curious situations became more of a probe into the psychology of different types of people from different social bubbles - from the traditional "decent man", a bitter pensioner, to posh girls living outside reality. The comic tries to reflect the tragicomic nature of the Czech nature. No dyes or added sweeteners.


Kamila Brůčková studied graphic design at SUPŠ in Uherské Hradiště. She is currently studying at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Brno, in the atelier of Painting 2. In addition to painting, she is involved in several comic projects.
